What this site collects

This website collects information in two ways, and only two ways:

Information you send us. When you submit the contact or application form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, company, email, and project information. We use it to respond, scope work, and do business with you. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter to book it.
Analytics, only with your OK. If, and only if, you accept analytics in the cookie notice, this site loads Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, with IP anonymization on. Decline and no analytics load and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice anytime with the Cookie Preferences link in the footer, and declining removes existing analytics cookies.

Declining analytics, or sending the Global Privacy Control signal, prevents the analytics cookies from ever being set and removes any that exist. The Calendly scheduler loads only if you choose to book a call; if you never open it, it sets nothing. The consent record itself is strictly necessary and stores no personal information.

What this site does not do

No advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or social media trackers.
No sale of personal information, and no sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
No tracking before you make a consent choice.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends GPC, this site treats it as a decline and loads no analytics, automatically.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers solely to operate this site: our hosting provider serves the pages and stores form submissions on our behalf, Calendly runs scheduling when you book a call, and Google Analytics measures usage if you accept it. We share your information beyond that only when needed to serve your project or when the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. To make a request or ask about this policy, contact us at hello@visebuilt.com.

Security & changes

This site is served over HTTPS and runs no third-party scripts except Google Analytics after you accept it and Calendly when you open the scheduler. If our data practices change, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
