Five things, most of which you already have.
- Your Google Business listing or website, so we start from your real services and area
- How you want price questions handled: no prices, your ranges, or your minimum job
- Who gets urgent calls, and what counts as urgent for you
- A phone that can forward calls (most mobile and office lines can)
- For Booked Estimates: the calendar you book estimates on, and when you are open for them
What it will not do
Clear limits, on purpose.
- Make up answers. It says only what you approved.
- Quote prices you did not allow.
- Book on the AI Receptionist. Booking is Booked Estimates.
- Take your number. You keep it and forward the calls you miss.
